| 30 Day Refund Policy We will issue a refund, less shipping and handly on any returned products (used or unused) post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date and accompanied with a proper return number *. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been cancelled, we can not issue a refund (no exceptions). Reorders do not qualify for a refund. * To process a refund, please contact us (return@mouradskin.com ) for an authorization return number. We will NOT refund any returned orders without a proper return number. Any package or items returned to us without a return number will be discarded and not processed for a refund. If your order was received damaged or defective, please contact us for an exchange. Any package returned to us for a refund must be post marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date, there are no exceptions. |
